Bear Lake, 9/3-6/21
Over Labor Day weekend the whole Burton family (minus Andy and Ali in AK) went up to Bear Lake and we stayed in my Aunt Carole's cabin. It was so much fun! We had great weather, amazing food, played tons of games, and enjoyed all the family time. We went out on the water several times (Jake and Grandpa B. both brought their boats) and we also enjoyed some beach time. I hadn't been wake boarding in several years so it was fun to get out there again, even in the chilly water. Our girls have never really been boating before either, so it was so fun! We'll definitely have to go again, hopefully soon!
Finger Lake, 5/28/16
Just before leaving for Cali on Saturday evening (I'm talking hours, we had a red-eye flight and arrived in Cali Sunday morning) our friends invited us to go boating with them on Finger Lake. It was a nice hot day, and so beautiful. If our swimsuits weren't already packed we would have brought them with, haha. We were just there for a little bit so we went for a ride on the water, and then the kids played a little bit on the shore. It was so much fun. Thanks Forbushes!
