One of the last things we did with Andy and Ali before they went back home to Alaska was go to the Tracy Aviary. It was a beautiful day, and it's always so fun to see the amazing birds. Enjoy these cool pics!
Also, I didn't get any pictures, but one of my favorite things we did with Andy and Ali while they were here, was play pickleball. We would play during the day while the kids played at the park, or we would get the kids to bed, and then go play at night. It was seriously so much fun! Ali played tennis in high school so she's really good. Can't wait to see them again and get some more pickleball in!

I got to go on a fun little getaway to Utah to spend some time with Chrissy and the rest of my family! Scott surprised me with this trip back in January and I've been so looking forward to it! The main reason I got to go on this trip was to go with Chrissy to the final home game of the season for the Utah Jazz, but the whole trip was fun. It was so good to see everyone and it was actually kind of nice to not worry about the kids, haha. I flew through the night on Sunday, got there Monday morning, and then left early Wednesday morning, so it was super short, but so so fun! I loved every second, but felt bad because Scott was home with sick girls. (The worst stomach flu hit everyone in our family really hard.) But we all survived and it's good to be home again!
I flew in around 8:30 am on Monday and Chrissy and I wasted no time in starting our fun adventures! We went straight to the Tracy Aviary (we've all kind of been into birding lately, I guess?) and we enjoyed the sunshine and the birds. 🌤 I hadn't been to the Tracy Aviary in years and I definitely want to take the girls next time we're all in Utah. It was so fun! Afterwards we went to the capitol to see the blossoms and to Temple Square, but I'll do separate posts for those. Enjoy these cute little birds. 🐥

| Spectacled owl, in the rainforest exhibit. I had no idea owls lived in the rainforest! This poor little guy was recovering from an eye condition. |
