Gingerbread Festival, 12/2/23
There was a gingerbread festival at the Bountiful Davis Art Center that we went to last year, and I liked it so much I wanted to go again, haha. I just took Noelle and Robyn because Ruby was at a friend party (her friends threw her a going away party, which was so sweet! See pics in this post.), but we still had a lot of fun. I loved seeing all the creativity and talent in the gingerbread houses! They also had some crafts for the kids, and we got to see Santa! So fun!
SLC, 11/25/23
On our way home from Park City we stopped in downtown SLC to look at the giant gingerbread house at the Grand America, and we also stopped to look at the candy windows at Macy's. So fun!

SLC, 12/22/22
We hadn't been to the Grand America yet this season to see the giant gingerbread house, and I always like to go, so we made a little trip down to SLC. It's always so fun to walk through the fancy hotel (we also happened to see some of the Washington Wizards who were in town to play the Jazz, lol), and see how pretty and festive everything is. We also saw the candy windows at Macy's, which I always think are so cool. Enjoy these fun pics!
Gingerbread House, 12/13-14/22
One of our neighbors hosts a gingerbread decorating activity at their home every year, but this year there was a really bad snow storm (they live up a really steep hill), so she dropped us off a gingerbread house and candy to decorate on our own at home. We all worked together as a family, and it turned out so cute! It looked so good, I decided it needed its own post, haha. Enjoy!
| The front. I love everything about this: the little path, the pretzel fence, the candy roof, the Christmas lights, the wreath, the rock chimney, the trees. So cute! |
SLC, 11/20/21
Andy and Ali were able to come visit for Thanksgiving, and we had so much fun with them and the rest of the family. Right after they arrived we met them in Salt Lake and walked around SLC, looking at the giant gingerbread house at the Grand America, and also the candy windows at Macy's. It was so fun and festive! Enjoy these cute pics!
October 2021
I have several photos from my cell phone from October that are too cute not to share. We had such a fun Halloween season with beautiful weather, fun parties, and spooky treats, haha. Enjoy these fun pics! 🎃👻
| These cool pumpkins are on display in the neighborhood, just down the street from us! It was so fun to see them! This was the Harry Potter section. |
Birthday Flowers and LEGOs, 11/21-22/20
My birthday fell on a Saturday this year, so I was at work all day, but my work happily surprised me with some beautiful flowers, lunch for the office, and cake! It was so nice! I loved the flowers so much I had to take some pictures of them the next day. From Scott and the girls I got the LEGO gingerbread house, and after building it I had to take some pictures of it, too, lol! I think it's the cutest set ever! I had a very happy birthday and I feel that 34 is going to be a great year!
SLC, 11/26-27/19
It was so fun to go on this little getaway and spend time with just Scott. I love him so much and feel so lucky to be his wife. 💕
